EARLY ADOPTER PILOT // SIX MONTHS Access with purpose
PreCrisis is being developed for people and organizations that need earlier, human-centered behavioral-health support. The early-adopter pilot makes a first pathway intentionally affordable while we learn with accepted participants.
01 // PILOT PHASE Learn responsibly
For accepted participants, access during the six-month early-adopter pilot costs $1 per month. Availability, timing, onboarding, eligibility, and the specific pilot experience are confirmed directly during application.
Veterans, military personnel, first responders, agency members, and family members are the initial focus. Other people and organizations may apply for consideration.
The pilot is a bounded phase for usability, support-path, governance, and safety learning. Clinical treatment, emergency care, and existing care plans continue under their established providers and professionals.
The early-adopter pilot is being developed in partnership with Zen Sentry Foundation and Warrior Spirit.
PILOT CHECKOUT Secure subscription link
Accepted participants receive a promotion code for $1 monthly access during their first six months. Enter that code in the secure Stripe checkout; without it, the standard Personal Access rate is $4.99 per month.
Questions about eligibility or onboarding? connect@thewizardnexus.com02 // LAUNCH PRICING Simple access roles
The access role sets the price, keeping the same rate across jobs, diagnoses, and populations. Individual, community, organization, professional, and secure pathways make the model easy to match to each setting.
$4.99per personeach month
Keep your record on your device, move it through a user-controlled export, and connect the support people you choose.
$0–$2per active personeach month
Qualified nonprofits, schools, youth programs, veteran programs, family-member programs, and community partners can use a coupon provided by their sponsor or nonprofit. The base checkout rate is $2 per active person each month and an approved coupon may reduce it to minimal cost or fully sponsored access.
$28per covered personeach year · seats 1–49
Designed for education, healthcare programs, employers, customer care, public safety, agency, government, defense, veterans, and other high-responsibility teams. Each lower rate applies only to seats in that band, so every added seat creates a predictable increase.
$12per workspace seateach month · seats 1–9
For clinicians, school care teams, coaches, chaplains, pastoral-care teams, and military command care and support teams reviewing information a participant has chosen to share. Every workspace is governed by participant authorization and role-based access.
SEAT RATEparticipant + professionalplus scoped environment work
Participant and professional seats retain the published rates. Offline, air-gapped, SCIF-bound, and specialized secure deployments add a requirements-based agreement covering environment design, validation, integration, assurance evidence, and support.
Pricing basis Public U.S. software prices checked August 24, 2026. Organization pricing begins at about half Headspace Core’s published $56.04–$44.88 annual employee scale. Authorized Workspace pricing begins below half Quenza Spark’s published $25 monthly solo-professional plan. Personal Access annualizes below Calm Premium’s published $79.99 annual rate. These are directional comparisons across products with different feature sets.
These rates cover PreCrisis software access. Therapy, EAP services, clinical care, emergency response, EHR functions, and secure-environment engineering follow their established care and contracting paths.
03 // LICENSING SETTINGS Different people, different duties
Every responsible deployment is designed for its setting: its people, care pathways, consent model, governance, data boundary, escalation limits, and support resources.
Volunteer, peer, referral, and continuity workflows designed around mission, capacity, local resources, and vulnerable-population safeguards.
Age-appropriate participation, consent and assent, caregiver roles, safeguarding, mandatory-reporting review, and trusted routes for foster children and other young people.
A support layer for clinician-reviewed context, continuity, safety planning, and handoffs. Clinicians and established systems retain responsibility for assessment, treatment, health records, and emergency workflows.
Support for cumulative exposure, moral stress, hard calls, loss, and the transition from intense duty back to family life, grounded in voluntary participation, privacy, and person-centered care. Employment fitness decisions stay with established lawful processes.
Context-aware support for operational strain, frontline or FOB duty, remote-warfare transitions, family members, reintegration, separation, and veteran disconnection.
Voluntary support for people carrying emotional labor, intense workloads, difficult conversations, safety responsibility, or repeated exposure to distress.
Support for responsibility to customers, employees, boards, shareholders, operations, reputation, and the isolation that can accompany consequential leadership.
Role-aware debrief and care pathways for agency personnel and mission teams, with labor, legal, privacy, ethics, records, and supervisory boundaries defined before use.
Secure-system suitability can be scoped separately for environments where sensitive work must remain isolated. Certification, authorization, and compliance statements follow documented evidence and deployment review.
Compassionate support for people affected by mental-health conditions, neurobiological vulnerability, trauma, grooming, coercion, social isolation, or harmful information environments, grounded in dignity, context, and whole-person care.
04 // SCOPING Before a license
Every deployment begins with setting-specific clinical, legal, privacy, security, accessibility, safeguarding, workforce, and governance review.
Who is supported, who holds authority, the supported purpose, and the governed use boundaries.
Local resources, response roles, hours, fallbacks, urgent support, acknowledgement, and follow-through.
Advance preferences, participation choices, safeguarding duties, access boundaries, and revocation paths.
What stays on-device, what may be exported, what is shared, how long it is retained, and who can see it.
Threat model, device and identity controls, network restrictions, audit needs, incident response, and required assurance evidence.
Usability, accessibility, process measures, feedback, adverse-event review, stop conditions, and accountable ownership.
HUMAN-LED CARE PreCrisis supports earlier awareness, connection, and follow-through. Qualified professionals retain authority for diagnosis, treatment, and emergency response; prevention remains a shared human care process. Pilot and licensed use preserve appropriate human support.
