Each added seat has a predictable price.
The lower rate applies only to seats inside each new band. That means the total rises by the price of the added seat while the effective average rate steadily decreases.

Volume rewards that stay smooth.
Seats 1–49 are $28 each year. Seats 50–249 are $25 each year, seats 250–599 are $22 each year, and every seat from 600 onward is $19 each year.

Authorized Workspace seats support clinicians, school care teams, coaches, chaplains, pastoral-care teams, and military command care and support teams. Participant authorization governs the information each role can review.
